Last updated: 5 November 2026. This Editorial and Job Verification Policy explains how Jobz SK (jobzsk.online) chooses, checks and publishes job listings, and how we correct them when they change. It applies to every job we publish in teaching, health, banking, engineering and all other categories.

Our editorial purpose

Jobz SK exists to give job seekers clear, honest information about genuine vacancies. We are not an employer and not a recruitment agency. We do not accept payment to publish a job, we do not promote a vacancy because someone paid us to, and we do not publish a job to favour any employer. A listing appears on Jobz SK only because we believe it is a genuine vacancy that may help our readers.

Every job is checked against its official source

Before any job is published, the editor checks it against its official source: the employer’s own website, the department’s official notice, or the official advertisement published in a newspaper. We compare the post, the organisation, the number of vacancies where stated, the eligibility and education required, the last date to apply and the application method. A job is published only when we have found that official source, and the listing links to it so readers can verify the vacancy themselves.

If we cannot find an official source for a vacancy, we do not publish it. If the only source is a social media post, a forwarded message or an unverified website, we do not treat that as enough, and we look for the employer’s own announcement before publishing.

No salary or deadline is invented

No salary, allowance, qualification, age limit or closing date is ever invented on Jobz SK. A figure or date appears in a listing only when it is stated in the official source. Where the official advertisement does not give a salary or a deadline, we say so, or we leave that detail out, rather than guessing. We do not add benefits, promises or requirements that the employer has not stated.

How we write a listing

Each listing is written in our own words, in plain language, from the official advertisement. We organise the key facts — the post, the organisation, who can apply, the last date and how to apply — so they are easy to find. We do not copy an advertisement word for word, and we do not change its meaning. If part of an advertisement is unclear, we say so and direct the reader to the official source rather than filling in the gap ourselves.

Expired jobs are marked closed and never shown as current

When a job’s closing date has passed, or when the employer has withdrawn the vacancy or filled the post, the listing is marked as closed and is no longer shown as a current opening. We regularly review published listings, and we remove or mark closed any job that has expired. A closed job is never presented as if it were still open, and a closing date is never extended on Jobz SK unless the employer itself has extended it in the official source.

Corrections

If a listing is wrong, out of date or misleading, we correct it as soon as we know about it. We check our own listings, and we welcome corrections from readers and employers. If you spot an error, please email us at skdultana003@gmail.com with the title of the job and what is wrong, and we will check the official source and correct or remove the listing. Serious errors are corrected promptly; minor corrections are made at the next review of the page.

Fraud and suspicious jobs

We do not publish jobs that ask job seekers to pay for an application, an interview or a job offer, or that ask for bank details or passwords. If a listing we have published is later reported as suspicious, we check it again against the official source and remove it if we cannot verify it. Our Disclaimer gives more advice on recognising fake job offers.

Who is responsible

Jobz SK is written and maintained by its editor, SK Dultana, who is responsible for checking and publishing listings and for corrections. Even with these checks, employers can change a vacancy after we publish it, so readers should always verify the details with the official source before applying, as explained in our Disclaimer.
